Lost a cell phone. Phoned and was advised this had been found and if I organised a pre paid envelope this would be posted to myself.
I organised the pre paid international envelope to be delivered to then send the cell phone to my home address. The prepaid envelope has been returned to the sender and I am unsuccessfully able to get any replies from the company now on how my phone will be returned to me

Theft at its finest! Refusing to refund money paid in advance foe a room despite our cancellation being made due to the hotel contacting to advise they were unable to provide the accomodation for our stay due to “flooding and electrical issues”.

You would have to pay me too stay here it is the worst’s place I have have ever stayed the hall way are dirty it smells the walls a dirty as well the rooms smell of smoke the staff do not care the manager is no we’re too be found parties all night long no sleep no thanks.

Great spot, convenient to hospital. Walk to transport like buses and train. Comfortable. Will definitely stay again! Great restaurants and cafes within walking distance too.

there was no info to assist guests with orientation or meals. The unadvertised cost of parking and card surcharge were a big turnoff. TV not working very frustrating. Stale air in corridor most disconcerting.

Short walk to Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital.
3 adults stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night. We were very very impressed with the unit overall. Only one concern we had was the ceiling fans and air cons in both bedrooms were operated by wall panel and no instruction how to use. We are due to stay again next week but will be asking for instruction booklet this time.
