Julie, Rachel Ray, Shelby and Neil went above and beyond in every aspect imaginable from beginning to end. They are top-notch whether you are on the phone with them asking questions or making a reservation or requesting something you need or want during your stay. They we’re extremely attentive and made a very conscious effort to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. I have also rarely experienced such a clean hotel. I assure you, this one is pristine when it comes to cleanliness. Which included everything from the lobby to the room to the pool. They were on top of everything at all times. They aim to please and that they did! They have a great team that worked excellent together and their respect and efforts felt as if they were a loving family versus just coworkers. In which they made us feel a part of. Thank you guys so much and we look forward to seeing you again in the future!
