"Positive points: the location of the hotel in the of touristic zone close to shops, discos, restaurants and all amenities. In addition to the friendly staff who tried their best to make the hosts happy. Negative points: check in is very slowly it took for me over two hours even I got my reservation paid online and confirmed, they told me that they received nothing concerning my reservation and they said no rooms are available. It is clearly noticeable the segregation among customers in choosing blocks and rooms."

It's perfect for those who plan to just eat, sleep, and relax by the pool. However, if you have high expectations, you may be disappointed. Overall, we loved our stay at the hotel. The facilities were clean, and the staff were friendly. The food was tasty, and the bedding was well-maintained. Djerba is my favorite destination, and I have visited many hotels there.
