It features a spacious open-plan design with distinct areas for the bedroom, bathroom, and living space. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen including a gas stove top for your culinary delights. All necessary cutlery and crockery are provided, along with a complimentary welcome pack of tea/coffee, cow milk and a few little surprises. A coffee pod machine ensures your caffeine cravings are met.The separate bathroom/toilet includes a shower and sink (no bath), and amenities such as towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided.The roomy bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, with all linen supplied. A gated private garden area, exclusive to the Studio guests, offers a serene outdoor space to unwind. Additionally, a small outdoor table setting is available for you as you enjoy this space.Please note there are no laundry facilities onsite; the nearest laundry facility is in Margaret River.Latitude 34 is a 10–15-minute drive from the town centre. This very comfortable and affordable three bedroom, two bathroom home is ideal for families, couples or small groups. House is close to swimming beaches, the surf, cafe's and cycle/walking paths. Home has quality fittings and furnishings. Whatever your holiday activity, or whether you just want to relax with a glass of wine taking in the views to the national park, Beachside Dreaming is comfortable, ideally located and is value for money. Due to local council requirements, there is a limit of 5 guests permitted to stay.The house has 2 queens, one double, one single bed and a travel cot. The house is licensed for 5 guests plus an infant in a cot (not bed).The house is baby and toddler friendly, fully fenced and includes a cot and high chair. There are no steps making life easier for toddlers and the disabled. Plastic cups, crockery and cutlery provided for little ones.Wireless Broadband connected. Reverse cycle in kitchen/dining/family with fans in bedrooms (if needed).Gnarabup/Prevelly is the beach region 10 minutes to the west of Margaret River town (famous for the Margaret River Pro at Surfer's Point and of course the numerous wineries).
