This ground floor condo is on the 10th fairway and within easy walking distance to 5 beaches where you may snorkel with giant sea turtles, swim, paddle board or sun bathe. You may also enjoy great surfing nearby. The beaches are awesome! Swim in any of the 4 swimming pools in the resort.Guests also enjoy golf discounts with no resort fee.You will love our Koa wood custom cabinets and granite counter tops throughout as well as porcelain floors in the living area, kitchen and bathrooms, as well as carpet in the bedrooms. Our bathrooms have beautiful porcelain showers. We furnished the villa with plantation style furniture throughout. New top of the line Simmons Beautyrest beds. There are three flat screen TV's, a DVD player and highspeed wireless internet, new appliances, including a washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom that may be made into a King. We also have a third twin bed in the second bedroom and a Queen inflatable bed as well. My villa is on the "P" patio level, which means there is a flight of stairs from the parking level down to the entrance. The condo is equipped with WiFi high speed internet, 2 large flatscreen tv’s and DVR service. If staying in is your meal of choice a fully equipped kitchen will be waiting for all you gourmets. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with private entrance into your own master bathroom. You also have a private lanai to peak out at before venturing out into your spacious living and kitchen area. There is an additional half bathroom in the condo where your guests can use, without venturing into your master. We start you off with starter supplies of toiletries as well as kitchen amenities. Also, free parking and no resort fees. Be sure to read our reviews from this condo and the other several that we have and give us a try.
