The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the items that you'll need for cooking and entertaining. The large open-concept living room features a couch, loveseat, and armchair with a large-screen smart TV. There is a separate coffee bar, ice maker, and full-size washer and dryer. Both bathrooms have a shower-tub combo, along with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hair dryer, along with other bathroom amenities. In addition to the inside, the large outdoor porch is screened in with a large sectional, fireplace, gas grill, and large-screen tv. And if you need some peace and quiet from all the fun going on out back, you can always relax on the front porch which has 2 chairs and an end table. The neighborhood also features a communal pool, boat launch, boat docks (first come, first served), trailer storage, and a fitness center. The house has fiber internet, so you don't have to worry about internet outages, along with key-less entry so no need to worry about bringing a key when you're out enjoying yourself at the lake!
