"Well on arrival we was greeted y the staff on Reception with a smile, We was given our room keys to room 114.The rooms were clean and lovely and tidy plus couldn't ask for more. One thing we was sad about and that was the Restaurant,we had asked for a table for 2 and was asked if we had booked a table which we said no. Then to our shock we was told but we could order our food off the menu from the restaurant in the bar area. My wife sat down as she's disabled and I went to the bar to order some drinks. I asked for some menus and the young man behind the bar who was talking to his colleagues about his personal life said he will bring some to the table. 15 minutes later a young lady brought our drinks, and we asked her if she could bring us a menu which she did. I had asked ger to come back in 5 minutes so we could look at the menu, 20 minutes later no sign of the staff where I had to go to the bar and asked if I could order some food and the young man said someone will come over. The young lady came over and took the order.Then we was given cutlery which was stained with food and disgusting 15-20 minutes or so later the starters came Then the main courses. Now if I wanted to sit in the bar and pay over a £125:00 for a meal and get the service I would expect I would pay that money no matter what but I could have sat in the restaurant comfortably with my wife enjoying the evening in a lovely atmosphere but I would have rather gone across the road to the pub or a restaurant down the high street and got a much better service, rather then having some ***** leaning over the chair behind me facing our table where he was a foot away from myself as I'm eating.im not one that's rude but the hotel needs to know this"

"the service from staff was excellent. facilities great. we had breakfast verry good. food on site a bit expensive i thought we got takeaways' think les is moor. Chips £5.50 10ins pizza £14.95 personally i think a little steep. beers £7.50 could be about £5.90 just my opinion. And food chips could be about £3.50 and pizza about £9.50. i think moor people would eat in instead off ordering food to be delivered. yours the rhodes family."

"It’s such a stunning and peaceful place for good break with family. The room is decent decorated and clean. All staffs serve us sincerely and feel warm to stay . free parking here once you stay in hotel. We have enjoyed a very nice dinner in Italians restaurant and comfy bar next to it . I would recommend to come again next time once driving to Windsor ."

"The hotel is directly opposite Windsor Castle, not far from Windsor Railway Station. The traffic is very convenient. Three single rooms are selected. The whole room is small but complete, the front room has elevators, but some floors still have to The upper and lower floors, so the big luggage needs to be lifted. The room is very clean, the bathroom has heating, after washing the small pieces of clothing can be put on the heating, it is dry overnight, very convenient, although there is no air conditioning, but the summer evening in the UK is still very Cold needs to be covered, so nothing. Car rental needs to stop at a nearby paid parking lot. It takes about 18-20 pounds for almost 10 hours in the vicinity, but it is free to stop at night, but it starts to charge at 9:00 in the morning, so if you stop for one night, pay attention to it. The front desk actively cooperated to make birthday cakes, and we had dinner in the restaurant to celebrate my birthday. The bar staff customized our exclusive drinks. Everything was perfect! "The location is very good, with good food, drinks, fun and shopping nearby. I stay here every time I come here. My children are very satisfied. "We had a wonderful time in the farm studio. The room is spacious for family with four or five. There is clean kitchen with cooking facilities ,fridge and microwave .  Kids definitely will love the farm as they can feed the animals there . The most wonderful experience was collecting the organic eggs for dinner and breakfast. There are so many toys for kids and books for adults too. We really had a wonderful time. Only one issue I had was no one had answered my phone calls before I went to stay , which worried me .As I wanted to know about breakfast.  There is no food there but we can order things or Better carry something for night as they have provide microwave and other stuff for cooking. I would definitely recommend this place it was very peaceful.😊 Below is the different activities around in Windsor."

"In Windsor, there are not many hotels within walking distance from the castle. This is one of them. I have to book as soon as possible. I checked a few days before check-in. The price has risen a lot. If you book a room by car, you must book a parking space at the same time. The hotel parking lot can park about 10 cars. I booked a parking space late and I was able to park in a public parking lot about 500 meters away. The room is a bit compact, but the demand determines the price."
