They were all very professional and helped me carry my bags to my room. The hotel is very classy and modern. Nicely decorated. My room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was large and water pressure was amazing. The view from the terrace was incredible, very good for taking photos. The swimming pool is also very good, but there are a lot of children that use it, so it gets a bit noisy and crowded. The breakfast in the morning was also very delicious and generous.
