Very warm wel kme upon arrival. Room was very clean and tidy with easy access to Rugby and surrounding areas.

We stayed here for 1 night as we were attending a wedding just along the way (4 mins in the car) at Bourton-on-Dunsmore. The Travelodge receptionist was friendly & welcoming and the room was clean & comfortable. It was just perfect for our requirements on this occasion. Although the building is close to a main road, the sound was obscured by dense vegetation (all lovely for wildlife too 🙂)!

Great staff. Couldn't do enough for me on arrival. Totally faultless. A credit to the Company. I got the the ground floor room I requested due to mobility issues and even received help with my bag. Very very pleased with my stay at this particular Travelodge. In fact absolutely zero to moan about.

Super friendly and helpful receptionist (Agi). Very easy to find and lots of spaces available in the car park. Great to have some grassy areas for the dogs too. McDonald’s just opposite but also a range of takeaways nearby who deliver to the hotel. Definitely will return infact have already rebooked.

Agi was absolutely fantastic. Amazing one to one service and made me feel as though I was the most important person in the hotel. I wish there were more people like this and I would even go so far to say that I would try to employ her for my company Just amazing

Agi was such a helpful receptionist! She greeted us with such warmth and care and made me smile. She gave some good recommendations for things to do in the area, even though we are in quite a rural spot. I’ve never had such good service! Definitely coming back!

I had a wonderful stay - Agi was incredibly helpful. Couldn’t do enough for us. She gave us lots of suggestions on what we could do in the local area. Will be back! The room was spotless and had everything that I needed. Thank you so much for the excellent experience
