I found the front desk staff rude. When I asked for an extra towel she said she normally receives a towel in return, which I found weird because I was asking for more towels. The continental breakfast was lacking and when the coffee ran out the front desk person said that people can drink the coffee in their rooms.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, though. I would stay here again.

No elevator. We were there for 3 night and not once was the room cleaned or linens changed. When we checked in they said because we checked in through ******* we were not initialed to the free breakfast. Also the TV did not work in our room when checked in but found and envelope from the cleaning service for a tip. Don’t no why they wanted a tip as nothing was done
