La Chacette is a great choice for a ski getaway, conveniently located just minutes from the slopes. The ski shop connected to the hotel makes renting equipment hassle-free, and with the ski pass collection nearby, everything is set up for a smooth skiing experience. The rooms are spacious, with beautiful views from the balcony, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. We had a room on the 7th floor. The spa is a highlight, especially the outdoor hot tub and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Breakfast is also excellent, offering a great buffet selection to start the day right. However, the service could be improved. Staff were not always helpful and often needed management to make decisions. We were also charged for a late check-out (only two hours), despite the fact that no one appeared to be booked in after us. Overall, despite the service issues, we had a great stay and would return!

Formidable séjour pour notre famille dans ce lieu qui s’est avéré être parfait: petit-déjeuner et dîner impeccables, personnel très sympathique avec un vrai sens du service, spa agréable, espaces de détente et de travail nombreux, animations chouettes (le buffet de la mer le jeudi, la chanteuse-guitare vendredi), tous les commerces aux pieds de l’hôtel, et bon accueil pour notre chien également! Bref, un sans faute pour tous les membres de notre famille, des ados aux parents!

Lovely contemporary hotel. Loved the decor. Excellent location, only 1 minute walk from hotel ski lockers to Combettes chair lift. Hotel right in middle of lovely wee street with bars , shops and restaurants. Spa area lovely, outdoor wooden hot tubs just great after a days skiing with beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. All staff were very friendly and helpful with a nice relaxed vibe. Beds vey comfortable. Food was lush , great variety and very high standard . Lots of local fresh produce. Water ( still or sparkling ) with breakfast and dinner We will be back , thanks for a great week .

I found this property to be lovely spot to stay with lovely design and very convenient. The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). To be honest I found most of the staff to be unfriendly bordering on almost rude, it was always as though you were an unwelcomed inconvenience.

What a lovely hotel with wonderful staff and facilities. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed, with being taken to our room with our baggage having arrived at 2 am in the morning. The hotel is very clean, has two lovely hot tubs facing the mountains and a barrel sauna to ease off the days skiing within the muscles. Breakfast was lovely with juicing machines available through to a full fried breakfast and croissants. A highly recommended place to stay that I would definitely go back to with great staff and all the facilities you need to have a great ski holiday, right next to the bars, ski hire, ski rental and ski slopes!
