Our arrival at our destination from England and expecting our customary warm and professional welcome were met with a receptionist who was clearly in the wrong profession. Shown no curtesy made to feel as if she was doing us a favour by staying there. Unsmiling and quite cold in her manner and on our return from the town for a last night drink we, other guests were made to feel once again uncomfortable so much so we felt she just didn’t want to be there.

We arrived on a very hot night to find no air conditioning although a fan was provided. The street was noisy outside so opening a window was not an option. We had stayed the previous night at an Ibis Styles in Poitiers where the standard of luxury and room size was far superior and of course air conditioning standard. Nice shower, comfortable bed and good breakfast to be fair. And all the staff were uniformly helpful but it was not a comfortable night.

Hôtel bien situé juste en face de la ville fortifiée et à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds du bord de mer (Nausicaa, port, plage ...). L'hôtel est très propre et la chambre type studio que nous avons réservé est juste idéale pour une famille et ainsi avoir de la place. Un petit coin kitchenette bien pratique avec le mini frigo. Grande salle d'eau dans laquelle il serait appréciable d'y ajouter une raclette pour la douche mais ce n'est qu'un détail qui ne nous a pas gâché notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner y est varié et le top c'est de pouvoir le prendre sur la terrasse devant l'hôtel. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très sympathique.

Établissement sympathique idéalement situé a proximité de la vieille ville et de la cathédrale. Les chambres sont propres mais vraiment petites ainsi que les salles d'eau. Pas de climatisation des chambres au mieux un ventilateur de table, accessoire indispensable en cette période de chaleur. Pas de restaurant mais petit déjeuner de qualité. Globalement un peu inférieur au standard IBIS

Good location but room was tiny and overpriced. Staff never asked how our stay was. Broken hairdryer reported on day 2 still broken on day 8.

This was our first stop on a 3 week drive around France. Just 30 minutes from the Eurotunnel is really convenient. Ideally placed to wander around the old town with its array of restaurants and bars. Don’t get me wrong, this is a one maybe two night kind of play to stay. It’s clean, tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. On site parking is great. The entrance is narrow so would suggest that one person drives and the other watches your wing mirrors. Nice breakfast included and on our return we will try the restaurant for dinner. Check it out and see if it’s a fit for you.

Séjour correct mais un peut déçu de ne pas avoir eu de place de parking réserver au parking de l’hôtel.
Le parking été « complet » et avons dû payer une place plus loin dans Boulogne.
Une chambre étant réservée je trouve ça logique qu’une place de parking y reste disponible.
Service hygiène bien manque sac poubelle salle de bain et rouleau de papier toilette insuffisant .. petit trous dans le rideau de la chambre avec absence de voilage pour atténuer le vis à vis avec les passants sur la route/trotoir.
Le petite déjeuner était impeccable bien servi et manque de rien.
