Fairfield Inn & Suites Boulder

This is a great and new hotel. Everything is clean, quite and service is nice: all employees were so helpful! Short drive or bus to downtown.

Residential neighborhood but an easy drive to Pearl Street and main part of town. Free parking. Hotel itself is quiet, but can get noisy if you have loud neighbors. Mountain view room is worth it as long as there’s not a lot of cloud cover. Breakfast, with fresh fruit was decent. Comfortable, easy check-in. Remote entry to your room using the Bonvoy app.

It states the hotel is new, but unfortunately, it is just slightly rehab from a very old property. The floor in my hotel room was definitely not vacuumed as they were crumbs all over the carpet. Also, when you open the bathroom door, you cannot re-enter into the room because it blocks the entrance. The weirdest thing is there are two steps down into the property…. Does this make any sense when you have luggage? The breakfast is located on the second floor and it was terrible.. not even a standard breakfast. The coffee was labeled hot water. I waited and asked for coffee and she said it’s right there and pointed at the hot water. The hotel also smelled a little bit like sewer…. This area was not great as it’s set right in a residential area, but easy access to the highway. I do not recommend go elsewhere. Stay a little further south off of 36 near the Target and AMC theater. Such a nice area there with many more great options!

Hotel was clean, bed was comfy and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast included was a plus so I could grab coffee and a bite before a hike. No time wasted. Ari, the GM went above and beyond to meet our needs. A short drive to Pearl Street. Will definitely be back!

We never had our room cleaned. They came one day but my granddaughter was sleeping so I said that we were ok for that day. But they never came back the next days. We kept taking towels from the maids carts. Had to keep emptying our garbage and asking for toilet paper. We stayed for 5 days.

Convenient location in a quiet, residential area with a convenience store and gas station right across the street. The property was clean and the staff exemplary and the bed was comfortable. About the only complaint is that the shower was a bit narrow - but otherwise well done.
