De locatie van het hotel is uitstekend. Het is maar een klein stukje lopen naar het gezellige centrum. Het hotel zelf is aanzienlijk overgewaardeerd. Het ziet er leuk uit, maar het is behoorlijk gedateerd. Vooral de kamer was erg slecht. Klein, het rook muffig, het was erg gehorig en er zat schimmel. De airco, die niet uit kon, gaf een hoop herrie en er was een voortdurend getik van de leidingen.

The Boulderado is centrally located to walk around Pearl St. which has cute shops and restaurants. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and has a nice assortment of coffee and tea in the room. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Me and my husband spent one night in Bolder at the end of our trip in Colorado and decided to stay at Hotel Bolderado to be close to all of the shops and restaurants around Pearl Street. The location was perfect and walking to Pearl Street was easy and safe. The check-in process was easy and simple. We stayed in the original quarters, which had more of the historic design. The bed was really comfortable with lots of pillows. Considering this was the older part of the hotel I thought the bathroom looked rather newer and clean.

I’m currently staying at the Hotel Boulderado with friends over Labor Day weekend, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Both my friends and I booked our rooms at the same time directly through the hotel’s website. However, they were offered a Labor Day weekend half-off price, while I was not shown the same option during my booking. When I discovered this discrepancy, I politely reached out to the front desk and then to reservations, expecting them to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I was met with nothing but condescending and rude responses. Despite my polite approach, the staff made no attempt to make things right. It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated so poorly, especially when staying at a hotel that is supposed to pride itself on hospitality and customer service. This experience has completely soured my stay, and I would not recommend the Hotel Boulderado to anyone who values fair treatment and respectful customer service.

I did not stay at the hotel. I made a reservation and was told I could cancel up to 24 hours in advance. I originally called to ask why I could book my room online for $125 less per night than they charged me and that's when it all fell apart. I then asked to cancel and they said I made the reservation through *******, which I did not! I tried to cancel, talked to 4 different people that kept referring me to *******. I called ******* and they had no record of my reservation, not under my name, phone or reservation #. Buyer Beware, make sure you talk to someone on the property.

The hotel is beautiful. Makes you feel what it was like many years ago. The condition of hotel reception areas are pristine. Staff the word I would use EMBRACING.the room was perfect not tired or old looking or even needing any updates. Bathroom was a delight

2 minute walk from downtown/pearl street mall. Old historic hotel with lots of history. Rooms in the north wing newer and very large for the price. Still has original Otis elevator from the 1900’s. Great coffee from their restaurant. A speakeasy bar in the basement that offers live music. We will definitely stay here again if in Boulder

Horrible! What you see on their website you may NOT get. We booked a suite and got a run down, old, smelly apartment across from the Boulderado facing the parking lot! See the photo! This Suite was not sweet. Old dirty carpet and nasty. We canceled our reservation then and there! Luckily, the manager understood and our money was refunded. We had to drive to Broomfield and stayed at the Omni. Inconvenient to say the least and very disappointing.
