Nous dormons à cet hôtel depuis des années avant de prendre l’avion car il est très bien situé mais y avons mal dormi 2 fois cette année à cause de la climatisation qui soit ne fonctionne plus, soit est dorénavant très limitée en puissance. En avril 2025, nous faisons part de ce point à l’accueil en disant que l’on avait pas réussi a régler la clim et globalement on a compris qu’en fait elle était pas encore activée. Bon ok, ça peu passer début avril mais pas fin juillet. Nous avons essayé à nouveau de la régler à plusieurs reprises la 2ème nuit passée à l’hôtel (ne dormant pas à cause de la chaleur), mais aucun changement ! Franchement les clients de cet hotel se moquent bien de payer 3€ de plus pour avoir une clim qui fonctionne, ils veulent juste bien dormir. Ii semble y avoir une erreur stratégique de la direction qui à vouloir trop optimiser va perdre des clients, à commencer par nous. On ne devrait jamais rogner sur la qualité première d’un hôtel à savoir, qu’on y dorme bien, tout simplement. Sur la nourriture, c’est bien moyen mais là c’est pas ce qu’on vient chercher en priorité. La qualité du service rattrape un peu malgré tout.
