When I made the reservation, I confirmed that there was an airport shuttle, and I booked this hotel by sending a message in advance with my flight number, expected arrival time, and shuttle request. On the day of the stay, I called to request a shuttle, but they said, "We're fully booked for tonight." "What? I have a reservation. I see, but we don't do private pickups." I was refused, so I had no choice but to walk about 10 minutes to the hotel. I chose this hotel because I arrived at the airport late at night and felt lonely as a woman, but they cannot provide shuttle service at night. If they had clearly stated that, I would have responded in advance. Everything else about my stay at the hotel was fine, but this issue left me feeling uneasy.

It's very close to the airport. I couldn't get through to the hotel by phone so I didn't arrange for a shuttle bus to pick me up, but I could walk there. The service was very good. There was a drop-off service in the morning, which I was very grateful for.

There aren't many restaurants nearby, and it's a 20-minute walk from the airport. I was able to make an appointment with the front desk for a shuttle bus to the airport, but I had no luck calling the hotel before departure.
