J'y étais pour trois jours de réunion et deux nuits. La salle n'était pas prête à l'arrivée, toutes les pauses collations ont été livrées en retard. Ils ont fait des erreurs sur les factures et ont chargé des choses en trop. Bref, plus jamais!

Un accueil au téléphone déplorable. Canadienne vivant en Europe, je prends la peine de téléphoner pour avoir des détails de prix sur leur suite. Le Monsieur qui répond ne sait pas 1- gérer ses appels téléphoniques car il m'a coupé la ligne (je rappelle que j'appelle d'Europe) 2- fait des blagues plus que douteuses d'un mauvais gout... Quand je lui fais remarquer qu'il parle a une cliente qui cherche une suite pour 9 nuits et qu'il ferait bien de prendre des leçons de gestion clientèle, il m'explique qu'au Québec, c'est comme ca qu'on fait des blagues et raccroche tout simplement ! J'ai réservé ailleurs, vous n'aurez certainement pas mon argent.

Le personnelle est très désagréable à l’accueil . Le dépôt de garantie n’émet pas rembourser après le délai et on me dit de m’arranger avec ma banque . Celui avec qui je parle , ne veut pas me donner son nom et je demande une preuve par courriel mais il me coupe la ligne . Le matin , j’avais appelé et le directeur devait me rappeler dans les 30 min , mais 2 heures plus tard , j’avais pas eu de retour

Worst front desk reception ever. The front desk guy is not responsive, not smiley, and more. POOR reception ever! And trust me I travel a lot. I do not recommend this hotel just because of that day receptionist guy.

Je me suis fait volé dans ma chambre d’hôtel et j’ai eu la confirmation que c’était par un employé de l’hôtel. Je n’ai jamais récupéré l’objet volé ni eu aucune compensation que ce soit de la part de l’hôtel. Une plainte à la police est en cours.

Très mauvaise expérience dès le début. On dérange visiblement la réceptionniste à notre arrivée. Lorsqu'on se couche, on se rend compte que le matelas est tellement mouillé que ça traverse le couvre matelas et les draps. On se fait déplacer, en se faisant dire que c'est dure à croire, dans une autre chambre où visiblement les employés n'avaient pas été capable de faire l'inventaire du minibar correctement car des boissons nous ont été facturés. Conclusion mauvais service à la clientèle, ménage qui laisse vraiment à désirer. Réservez ailleurs

Arrived at this property after a 9 hour drive. Walked into the front door with my service dog and was immediately told by ‘Vince’ at the front desk that they didn’t accept pets. I politely explained that the dog was my service animal. He was wearing a service dog vest and I offered my doctors note that gives me permission to use my dog as a service dog (I am from Ontario). Vince told me that only Guide Dogs were allowed. He looked at my doctor’s note and said I needed a certification and I wasn’t allowed to stay at the property. I explained that service dogs and guide dogs are both protected under Human Rights, and we were allowed anywhere public was allowed. He also explained that almost all the hotels in the area were booked already. ‘Vince’ refused to provide me his last name and said he knew what the policy was. I have PTSD, and was highly upset, however I was polite. I had to drive 2.5 hours to Brockville (the nearest Hilton property with a vacant spot) because I KNEW they would allow us without issue. I don’t know if Quebec is different from Ontario, however he absolutely did not try to help me in anyway possible, even after I explained I had PTSD. I would absolutely not recommend a hotel that had so little compassion for someone in my situation. I can’t comment of cleanliness or rooms. Never got that far😢

The good: The bed was cozy, the room temperature was good, the room was fairly clean - not up to my standards but I'll give it a pass. The bad: The pool was cloudy and green. The staff could be more friendly and welcoming. Check in took a long time. There was a broken faucet in one of our rooms. It worked but it was extremely loose.
