Olievenfontein Private Game Reserve

Other guests played loud music which resulted in no game coming to the waterhole. The camp was just far too noisy for a bush lodge getaway. Our highlight was the Game drive and our walks just to get away from the noise.

We were very impressed with our stay and the customer service from the management was outstanding! The accommodation is very comfortable, neat and clean, with everything you need during your stay. A very beautiful and unique game farm and could often see the game drinking water from our porch. The management went out of their way to make us feel welcome. If you are looking for a place to do as little as possible and just rest properly, this is ideal. The only improvement I would recommend is WiFi reception in the rooms which would make things much easier as the reception is very bad there in general. Was able to get WiFi reception at main building though. Will definitely return again for a getaway!

We absolutely loved the place. The managers are so friendly and accommodating. Jennifer always has a warm smile and hug to share. The kids and adults alike enjoyed playing with the cheetah cubs who were being rehabilitated onsite. The chalet had everything one would need for self-catering. Sitting at the boma watching the stars in the evenings was the best part of the trip for me. Lazy long days at the sparkling pool were equally as therapeutic. A beautiful stay!
