The hotel's location is excellent! It's very close to Amtrak's Boston South Station, a walkable 16-minute distance if you don't have much luggage. The hotel is situated right next to and across from a large hospital. The subway station is just 50 meters to your left when you exit the hotel. Just a bit further past that is Chinatown, and Boston Common is about a ten-minute walk away. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel is remarkably quiet at night, which is a rare find. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, and when I asked the front desk, they couldn't provide any. Disposable toiletries were also missing. The 'breakfast included' option turned out to be an $18 breakfast credit. If you choose just one breakfast item and one coffee, with taxes, you've already exceeded the credit. The allowance wasn't quite enough, but the food itself tasted good.

The front desk service is good, and they greet you when you come in and out. The hotel is relatively new and clean. You can see TD Garden from the window. It is very convenient for transportation in North Station. There is also a large supermarket in the basement of the building, which is quite convenient. The room is a little small, which is not very convenient with so many suitcases.

Checked me in early which was really nice. Good location. Comfortable room. Not much of a view that I paid for. It takes forever to get in and out of the hotel the way it’s set up with the two elevators.

Amazing hotel downtown, offering cozy and comfortable rooms, a modern ambiance, and a cool bar to socialize. If you come by car, the best parking option is Tufts garage located just behind the hotel (daily parking rate was $45 as of 2025). The hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel was fine, it is in a great location and has everything you need but nothing special. The bathroom wasn’t 100% clean and the room could do with some updated finishes

I really love staying at Omni Parker House Boston. Location was very good, and services were great enough. For my next visit, I want to come here again. One bad thing was toilet, since it was small and didn't have drainage hole. But overall it was good!!

Convenient transportation, close to Boston Park and Chinatown, within walking distance to Quincy Market, and there are a lot of Chinese and Western restaurants nearby, so it's very convenient to eat. The hotel service is good, allowing us to check in early, the room bathroom is large, the room is clean and hygienic, but the facilities are a bit old, but overall I am satisfied, and I will choose Home Inn next time I come to Boston.

It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. Location of the hotel is great, its really close to South Station and within walking distance to most of the tourist spots. The staff are friendly and the room was serviceable.

I sent my child to summer school and stayed at the beach for the last two days, thinking it would be convenient for fun. I didn't expect that the large room I booked was in the basement.
