The tables look dirty due to spots that don’t come off. Also there were bread crumbs on the second to the top plate and some of the silverware needed to be washed before using. There were no sponges or washcloths to clean dishes. There were soap no washcloths for the bathroom.
We loved the location- really close to Subway and the parks.

Lovely weeks stay at the Hancock. Great facilities in the apartment and excellent location. The only suggestion I'd make is to add a floor length mirror and have some English tea bags available.

Great location, apartment not well described
Location great. Apartment ok, but description and pictures didn't match reality. We were not aware that our unit (#3) had a cellar-like feeling, without much daylight coming in. Moreover, the possibility to store luggage after check-out on the day of departure was not there and would have been very helpful for us.

Nestled in the Government sector of town. Beautiful historical buildings and streets. Easy walk to most everywhere.

The property has character but is a bit run down/tired. Single studios kitchen and bathroom cramped for other Sonder properties' standards.

There was no soap in either the kitchen, the bathroom sink or the shower. We washed our hands using shampoo. The condition of the unit was far, FAR below what one assumed from the photos - multiple layers of paint, chipped paint, and none of the amenities listed on various postings in the unit - earplugs, white noise machine? Nowhere to be found. I’ll assume the high price we paid for one night was strictly because of the location. Overall, it was not worth near what we paid. I don’t recommend it.
