It is a fantastic apartment in a convenient location. The kitchen facilities are comprehensive so I can easily prepare my meal. The staff there are really polite and try hard to accomondate my needs. Definitely will go for the same choice if I ever go to Boston again!

The service was terrible. The Asian woman at the front desk was very rude. She spoke to us rudely, refused our request, and threatened to fine us if we checked out 5 minutes late. Then, when we rushed to check out, she was not even in the office and made us wait for a long time. The whole process was very aggressive and cold. The room service was also very rude.
