Stayed overnight. Nice view of the water. Nice location. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Loved the little surprise left in my room! Was able to check in a little early to get ready for bridal shower. Had a delicious breakfast!See you next time!

Can say enough great things about the hotel & the staff(manager Chris) who went above and beyond their call of duty. We had a corner junior suite...it was sweet!...had an awesome view of the city and the harbor, especially beautiful at night. Ate breakfast & dinner at Para Maria. Excellent empanadas! View at the Top of the Envoy was beautiful as well. Food was excellent and so was Tim...great waiter. Fun place to spend a sunny afternoon. We will definitely return to the Envoy!

Nice Deluxe King with water view. High end bathroom (Toto toilet, rain shower etc.) Nice and roomy. Storage was creative (closets/drawers). Bathroom walls were sliding glass - not as private but enough, with nice counter space for all your toiletries for two. Missed having a fridge for storing medication and/or leftovers. We were on 5th floor with the Rooftop bar on 7th so - pretty happening place for young locals. Most of the nights the downstairs bar/restaraunt was reserved for Great communication with last minute changes - really happy with the packaging, private parties so couldn't enjoy either, so that was a bummer. Breakfast menu not so great but lots of restaraunts nearby.

Great property and even greater employees. Had a slight issue with housekeeping; however, the front desk staff, specifically Corey and Nicole, immediately remedied the situation.

For $500 a night, I expect to get my room cleaned and refreshed daily. So when I did not receive it during the day, told the front desk who ensured me it would be done while I was a dinner and came back to a still uncleaned room, I felt like I was at a $150 Fairfield in, not a "luxury" hotel.

I recently had a disappointing experience with the Envoy Hotel. I accidentally booked a reservation for the wrong dates and realized the mistake almost immediately. I cancelled the reservation within five minutes and received confirmation that the cancellation was successful. Despite this, I was still charged for the night. I never received a bill, a notification, or any communication regarding the charge—only noticed it when it appeared on my statement. I called the hotel to explain the situation and request assistance but was not allowed to speak with a manager. The response I received was simply, Sorry, but you will still be charged,” with no effort made to resolve or escalate the issue. At the very least, I would have gifted the reservation to someone had I known the cancellation wouldn’t be honored. It’s unfortunate to have such a rigid and unaccommodating experience, especially when the error was addressed immediately.
