This hotel has a very good location and a great view. I am very satisfied with it. Breakfast is ordered and it is quite satisfactory. The only small regret is that the door lock broke on the last night, which almost delayed my return home, hahahaha

Both rooms were clean and the facilities were good. Originally, one had a city view, but it was nice to be able to see the Boston scenery well as both of them had a harbor view.

Hands down best hotel in Boston. Staff, gym, pool and food is wonderful. 5 stars all around. Rooms are beautiful and located within walking distance to everything.

From the greeting of the doormen to the valet service when we left, this hotel can not be beat. This hotel is warm and comfortable. The rooms are quiet and large, not like the "glass palaces" being built in the convention center area with a bathroom you can't turn around in, or walls that are as thin as cardboard. The rooms here are peaceful and the air-conditioning units are quiet and efficient. To make your stay comfortable, the entire staff from the reception desk to housekeeping are dedicated to you as a guest. If you need anything at all, the concierge, Griff, will always extend himself to you and your personal needs. If you enjoy a paper in the morning when you have breakfast, no problem! You have multiple choices from the Globe to the Wall Street Journal, even the NY Times! Yes, this hotel is remarkable and even better than the Newbury or the Four Seasons. Do yourself a favor and don't bother looking elsewhere. Stay here and enjoy the hospitality and warmth of an elegant hotel in a great location that is very well managed.
