The Revolution Hotel stands tall in the soul of Bostons South End and is the ultimate home base for urban explorers. Catering to creative adventurous out of the box travelers The Revolution Hotel features several room types; Studio Suites for business travelers-Triple and Quad rooms with shared private bathrooms for groups of friends and Premium King accommodations with in room bathrooms for couples among others. A welcoming two story lobby and garden level work space will serve as areas for guests and locals to gather and exchange ideas. Cosmica Mexican Restaurant is located onsite for lunch and dinner dining. Keeping with our tradition of doing things a little differently we are one of the first hotels in Boston to offer rooms without an in room bathroom which we are calling-Baths Down the Hall. With these rooms private single-occupant shared bathrooms are located at the end of each hallway just like your bathroom at home -but with better towels. Each of the 10 restrooms per floor feature a toilet vanity and glass shower and are connected to an occupancy indicator light to determine availability from the comfort of your guestroom. Specialty Steele Canvas shower tote bags complete with branded robes slippers and lotion are provided for added convenience. ADA compliant accessible bathrooms are available on every floor.

Quirky and individual with a very nice vibe. We loved this hotel for its location and its character. We had a king room with bathroom down the hall which worked absolutely great for us. Don’t be put off by the bathroom arrangements, we had the choice of 2 sets of bathrooms, one with 4 cubicles, one with 5. They are scrupulously clean with lots of clean towels available day and night, we didn’t find it too much of an inconvenience at all. We didn’t use any of the restaurants or the coffee shop in the lobby so cannot comment but the hotel itself is a gem!

The hotel is clean and sanitary, with convenient location and transportation. It is close to the city and subway station. There is a 7/12 opposite and it only takes 10 minutes to walk to Chinatown. The front desk staff is attentive and enthusiastic.

Not bad. Although it is a shared bathroom, it is cleaned very frequently. There are enough toilets and no need to wait. Private bathroom so privacy is not a problem.
