The free shuttle service to/from hotel to the JFK metro station is good and the return schedule is flexible (per our phone call).
However, the paid shuttle to/from hotel to airport closes too early (9pm). Better to have it 24 hours.
Front desk is friendly and helpful.

It's not bad, but it was super noisy in the middle of the night. I don't know who was having a party. I couldn't sleep at all. Such an expensive hotel doesn't have desk lamps. There are only three desk lamps. The corridor window is very depressing.

The hotel is very bad. One of us had something urgent to do and needed to check out early, but the hotel refused to agree. It was our own fault, but it is not as good as domestic hotels. The environment, breakfast, and service are not good, and it is expensive. Not worth recommending.
