We booked a small suite with a sofa bed, which was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with restaurants and shopping only a 10-minute walk away, and a subway station nearby. In addition, they are a rare hotel in the United States that provides free bottled water. We stayed for four days, and we were given four bottles of water on three days as requested. Only one day, a South American girl was on duty and insisted that we could only give two bottles of water according to regulations. Although we compromised later, this was still the only imperfect point of this trip. At the end of 24, the hotel lobby was still under renovation, so the price was more favorable than usual, and it is still highly recommended.

When I checked in at noon, the female receptionist had a very bad attitude, and she could only check in at 4 o'clock. Nice stay at the Sheraton. We had a recently refurbished room. It was excellent with a comfortable bed and very nice shower. There was an amazing view of the Charles River which was a bonus. The location of the hotel is great with an adjoining mall and lots of eating places. The HOHO bus stop is very close by.
