We have booked 2 rooms to attend our daughter’s graduation. Had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Was particularly impressed with housekeeping staff. Everyday we come back from a well cleaned room. There was one day when we were still in when the housekeeping staff came around and we told her to come back 2 hours later to do the cleaning and she did. Super efficient! Other staff from other departments that we come in contact with - the reception, the concierge were all very attentive and friendly making our stay truly enjoyable.

The room was small, which was foreseeable and acceptable, but the hotel had no Wi-Fi, which was said to be broken and no one knew when it would be fixed. The next morning, I was woken up by the sound of dianzaua from the renovation upstairs. When I asked the hotel, they said it was the construction outside and they couldn't control it. It was obviously the sound of the renovation inside the hotel, which was completely different from the sound of the road construction outside.
