The staff at front desk are very helpful and polite. The hotel offers coffee machine at lobby and guests could enjoy cups of coffee at any time. The location of hotel is excellent which most part of Boston can be reached by walking within 40 minutes.

Very good hotel. Although it is old and small, it has plenty of space. The bed is not big but very comfortable. The laundry service is great. It is close to downtown, convenient for shopping and dining. The coffee downstairs is my favorite brand, the same brand as Penn

The room was very small, unlike the pictures on the internet. There was only one person at the front desk, the entire lobby was very small, and the bed was very small. It fell off when I turned over. In short, everything was very small, but this is the city center.
