Great
GGuest UserVery satisfied. I stayed in two different Hilton hotels during this trip to Boston. I recommend this one more because it is more cost-effective, provides breakfast, and has coffee and hot water available all day.
WWallllllyWatch out where you staying !
We’ve been using intercontinental hotel very well for couple years
We live 5 hrs aways from the boston city
Every time when we spend some time in the city we always book intercontinental hotel cause this hotel service, cleanness everything was so perfect. It worth, we loved it But lately we are very disappointed of services.last night we stayed was worst experience ever had at intercontinental hotel
We stayed a night
First. There is No robes. I tried to call lobby so many times! no answer . ( I had exactly same problem couple days ago when we stayed at your hotel. I had to go downstairs to ask for robe)
Second. No answer lobby phone as I mentioned at first we’ve tried to call lobby so many time for services. ( Cart, water, etc) but NO answer
Every time when I need I had to go Downstairs..
(Until last year? You guys were so good! since this year summer! I believe that you guys were NO answer AT ALL)
Third. This is major !! We had a flight next morning so we booked your hotel as usual but we got connection room that I didn’t know even when we are check in there is nothing mentioned
We were about to fall asleep around 12am and we hearing some grrrrrrr grrrrrrrr I thought A/C had something problems and we realized we HEARING someone’s snoring our next door!!!!
And we couldn’t sleep at all stayed all night to go the airport next morning ….
I got so mad… we paid for a night $550 at 5stars hotel and no sleep …no comfort there is no difference $80 inn out there..
So i claimed it next day when I checked out
There is one lady who helped me checked out she told me she cant do anything with it but she will give me Email address of manager so i can claim through them
But Email also Wrong !
What a WORST experience ever
Years of good experiences have all crumbled this year.
Anyways watch out where are you staying the room

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and essential amenities. However, some areas could use improvement—noise from the hallway was noticeable at times, and the Wi-Fi connection was a bit inconsistent.
Breakfast had a decent selection, though it could benefit from more variety. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the hotel provided good value for the price. I would consider staying here again but would appreciate some minor upgrades in service and facilities.
PPearl NohThe hotel is located near the beach, and it made my last day in Boston joyful by allowing me to fully experience the city.
The staff at the reception and cleaning sections are super kind, and they solved problems efficiently. I deducted stars because of the serving staff in the breakfast section. I missed breakfast by 9 minutes due to heavy travel and couldn’t get up earlier. When I headed down to the breakfast area, which I had paid for for two people, there was still a bit of food left. I was simply taking only two apples, as I knew the service was closing shortly. The staff member wrapping up aggressively took them out of my hands in a very rude manner. This made me quite upset, as I had never experienced anything like it before in any other Hilton franchises. As a result, I deducted two stars for this. However, the rest of the staff I encountered were kind, caring, and supportive.
Lastly, I didn’t use any water or payment-based products, but suddenly $6 was charged after checking out several hours later. The staff promised to return the money, and I hope everything concludes beautifully.
LLnlyj1018It is a 5-minute walk from the Red Line subway Andrew station, with convenient transportation, very clean and comfortable, providing drinks and fruits, and the boss is a foreigner and very friendly. It’s will be my first choice next time.
GGuest UserThe hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oatmeal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off.
On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.
GGuest UserIn Boston's summer, it's not easy for a family of three to find a hotel with two large beds (1.5 meters) and a reasonable price! After a long time of research, I finally decided on the hotel for my trip to the East Coast of the United States. I was very satisfied after checking in! Although it is close to the airport, you can use it as a base for Boston tourism! It's an eight-minute walk from the Blue Line subway station and ten minutes to the city center; the hotel offers free airport pick-up, which takes ten minutes one way; the surrounding area is absolutely safe and quiet, and I walked around alone at eleven or twelve o'clock in the evening; the hotel has a swimming pool, gym, laundry room, and a sports center next to it, with green grass, football field, baseball field, and basketball court; capsule coffee is provided in the room, and freshly brewed coffee is provided in the lobby every morning. Like the domestic garden hotel, take-out cups are provided; breakfast is ten dollars, which is very conscientious, but unfortunately I didn't eat it because there are many places to eat around the subway station. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel and the room, so I recommend the Light of Boston! Black sesame and pistachio latte! It's a bit sweet😀
GGuest UserAdvantages:
1. In the city center, close to Quincy Market, many restaurants and live bars nearby
2. Close to the subway and some attractions
3. Unlimited mineral water in the lobby
Disadvantages:
1. Congested during rush hour
2. Wanted to sleep in the hotel in the afternoon, but was woken up by artists or bands on the street
3. On Friday night, the bar was too lively, and people were still shouting at 1 a.m., which seriously affected my rest
GGuest UserI booked the Kimpton Nine Zero hotel and apparently it was bought out about 10 days ago with no notice from Trip.com; but the staff are apparently the same during the transition so it was a bit insane that I pre-paid this stay on Ctrip and was immediately charged the full amount AGAIN of my stay at pre-check-in (not even room ready yet check-in) then charged the ENTIRE STAY again at 6pm on day of check-out even though I checked out at 7am that day and was reassured yet again all my charges would ”fall off” and I would NOT be charged again. So this stay ended up costing me $1500 frozen in my account at one point for a $425 stay that was prepaid. The front office could definitely use some improvements as most people don't have an extra $1000 lying around to have frozen for no reason :(
