Budget friendly The place is in a nice area and parking good The house is very dated but understand the costs to make changes so reflects in price. Shower lovely and warm.. Beds really comfy.. Clean.. Not hassle..

Not the greatest stay that I've ever had. Minimal attention on arrival. Case of there's your room. Bed dirty and smelly. For a double room only one cup and one towel. When spoke to host was met with indifference. Promptly left as could see that nothing was going to be done to rectify. The web images must have been taken years ago as they bear only a passing resemblance of the property. Should have read the reviews properly before hand.

Clean and comfortable Ideal for me both location and nice clean room. Also on site parking. A bit quirky but that just made it more interesting.

Book at your peril! We drove up, parked and before we got out of the car we said "We will sleep in the car!" Run down buildings, shabby cloth hanging at windows. House and annexe smelled of damp. Looked like a ******* house at a fairground. My son stayed at better hostels on gap year! Only positive...the sheets on 1 bed looked clean. We never investigated futher. Left within 10 minutes and was homeless before our night out! Think rundown motels in films. Guy sitting out front of annexe building and said "he'd never seen so many people"(there were 6 of us). The lady who showed us around was polite. She banged on 1 door in house to tell to keep music down. Perhaps we were in Hotel California ( it certainly felt like it) This accomodation is not fit to be registered! It was cheap so I should have known. Will not be booking through hotels .com again. Didnt stay long enough to take photos.

We booked this place through *******, mainly because everywhere else of a reasonable price was already booked up in Boston. A bad start as they were not expecting us! The place looked nothing like the picture on *******. It was very run down, weeds everywhere, peeling paintwork and a general look of lack of care. The girl who answered the door to us asked us to wait for 15 minutes while she made up the room. We sat outside on a dilapidated bench next to a full ashtray of dogends to wait. The room itself was very small with nowhere to put bags etc. except for a cupboard with no hangers and the door hanging off its hinges. No chair, no bedside table, no bedside light. The bathroom was tiny with only a cloakroom sized washbasin. If you leant your head back whilst on the toilet you hit it against the wobbly shelf. If you leant forwards you hit it against the basin. Two tiny bottles of some nondescript shampoo. No soap. No mirror. Kettle took about an hour to heat up and even then didn’t boil. Window blinds filthy. She did put clean duvet covers on which is why I have given one star but the pillows were rock hard. No offer of breakfast but to be honest I wouldn’t have wanted to eat anything prepared in that place. Only £60 a night but even so, you would expect cleanliness.

The worst B&B I've ever stayed in. The whole place was dilapidated and did not resemble the pictures on-line. The room was smelly, the bed was smelly, pillows too hard to even use, television didn't work, the sink leaked and the shower was no more than a luke warm dribble. The room was dusty with lots of cobwebs as was the dated bathroom. The wardrobe had no doors, just a hanging rail with shelves, there were no coat hangers but it was so full of Cobwebs, I wouldn't have used it anyway. I couldn't comment on the breakfast as we had already glimpsed the kitchen and no way were we staying for breakfast.

Do not go here . The photos online do not show how bad the whole place is. We lasted 20 minutes in the room we booked before we left . I sat on the bed and was overwhelmed by the smell of urine. On inspection trying to find out where it was coming from I pulled back the covers and found a filthy mattress stained with what I can only assume was urine. The mattress cover had what I can only describe as a stain from human bodily substance on it. The whole of the room was filthy with dust. The en suite was like a cupboard. The toilet was filthy and the seat falling off. You could barely see out the windows of the room. The hallway carpets were dirty with a build up of grime and dust. The whole building was dilapidated and not fit for purpose. The Thai lady who checked us in was very non plus when I explained about leaving and why. She didn't seem to care and almost expected our complaints. She just told us to go back to the booking agent and request a refund .

Property bore no resemblance to the picture on the website. Outside area full of weeds. Paint peeling off building and stairs. Window blinds filthy and mouldy. Washbasin tiny. No soap or toiletries. No bedside table or bedside light. No chair. No hangers in cupboard which had a door hanging off its hinges. Kettle useless and wouldn’t boil. No breakfast offered. Door only closed by a Yale lock so insecure

You get what you pay for. Its was functional, somewhere to sleep and sort of shower! Towel was lovely. Shower little more than a trickle for warm water. Bed was Comfortable, huge but if there had been 2 of us ( bed plenty big enough for it) the cover wouldnt have been enough. Tv had multiple lines down it. Website offered breakfast, its called a b&b- no breakfast available. And waited about 10minutes to find someone to check in. If all you want is a toilet and bed, for alot cheaper than the rest of the area- Bramley house is for you
