A very basic pub with OK facilities. It is central and a quite nice pub for a beer. Unfortunately it does not have a restaurant for dinner and so you will have to walk into town which is not too far away. The rooms are clean and quite and the price is reasonable.

Stayed 2 nights when visiting a friend… The room was comfortable with kettle coffee tea etc and en-suite bathroom. Nice view of the Maud Foster Windmill and the grazing cattle behind.. They do a nice breakfast but I was out too early for this. Hit the spot. Would revisit…thanks for a nice stay.

Checked in and was shown the room off a brilliant lady who worked there Adele, the room.was clean and tidy great welcome after being shown our rooms ,the pub itself ran by paddy and his staff were more than great and the regulars didn't hesitate to welcome us either and have a laugh and a drink with them pool table and all football on the tv..rooms were cleaned everyday and the pints downstairs were great and a good atmosphere .would highly recommend for a stay in Boston. A little gem of a pub and right round the corner from the centre .cheers paddy and Adele.

We had a warm welcome and a good size bedroom. Cleaned every day. The owner Paddy was great. For what you paid it was good value. Location was a few minutes walk into the centre. We had a couple of rides out. We went to Lincoln were we were lucky enough to see The Red Arrows flying. It was brilliant.

We were very happy at the welcome of our bed and breakfast, and our room was very good. We stayed 4 nights. I am not the best at computers, or booking, but it was very easy to book. I did ring the owner to ask about various things, like what was around and found our selves having a ride and the most amazing thing was we actually saw the Red Arrows flying. The room was very clean with tea, coffee and a coffee machine with instructions. By the way we had a lovely choice of biscuits which came in handy. A very good host. What more can you ask for. Well done.

The staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Beautiful setting just opposite the Windmill in Boston and with a well stocked garden out the back where we could enjoy the sunshine (ideal for the dog). The roomy bedrooms were very comfortable - comfy beds and great showers.Everything was very clean. We ordered the fry for breakfast and it was first class.Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my husband and dog overnight - the owner Paddy was welcoming and as my husband is a keen rugby fan Paddy connected us up in the rear room to watch it. The room we stayed in was dated but clean and the bed was comfortable - dogs are also allowed in the room. The shower had good pressure. The location is good and walking distance to various restaurants and the local park for dog walks. We stayed for breakfast (this is an additional cost but well worth it) and it was huge!! There is a variety of cereals and yoghurts as well as a generous jug of orange juice. The full English was delicious, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 eggs, fried bread, mushrooms, beans and a hash brown. There is also toast with jams available. It was one of the nicest breakfasts I’ve eaten. Well done Paddy! I would recommend staying here and look forward to a return visit!
