The hotel is relatively old, and each floor is like a labyrinth. It takes a long time to get to your room, but the room is very clean and large. There is a bathroom, hot water, etc. are also ok.

Lovey rooms, stayed in Witham suite & it was excellent, comfortable bed and everything we needed was there . Hotel staff are lovely , had a meal in restaurants and it was excellent! Only thing that was a let down was breakfast . One member of staff on, rushed off her feet ! I had eggs Benedict & the eggs were over cooked , like two hard boiled eggs . Wasn’t asked if everything was ok with breakfast so just left them and had food off the cold section . Perfect location & free parking !!

An excellent experience at the Mamma Mia night held recently at The White Hart. Superb food, disco and an amazing duo singing all of the Abba hits. Such attentive staff both serving the food and behind the bar, all a credit to the hotel. Thank you!!

I have visited anoth Hotel in the group and had a wonderful stay. This hotel is decorated beautifully and staff are great. However, our room was up on the 3rd floor and the building is like a Labarynth, not suitable for elderly guest taking luggage up to their room.

Had a gift voucher for afternoon tea at The white hart for my husbands 70th birthday, was amazing lovely selection of sandwiches and cakes tea and coffee service was very good will definitely return .parking was good as well just asked for a parking permit .

We had our complete package at this hotel. It was seamlessly relaxed throughout. The staff were friendly, completely professional and fantastic. Not a single complaint from us or any of our guests. 5 stars just isn’t enough
