Exceptional!!! I stay in hotels 44 weeks of year and this is one of the nicest by far !! Super clean really modern, quiet, just a really well turned out place ! Checkin in is a delight as they send the codes for the doors and rooms to you so even if your late arriving your strait in . A Well lit car park right outside the door so parking was a doddle , even down to really nice bedding and nice towels ! Look forward to working back down here just for this hotel /

Things people should know before booking a room in this hotel, read on:- No air conditioning No lifts No staff on site, hotel completely unmanned Nowhere to buy a drink To me these points are basic requirements when booking a room in a hotel of this standard. On arrival You have to press the ring doorbell at the main entrance, where you are asked for your name and address before being given a code which accesses the main door, breakfast room and your bedroom. My room was unbearably hot, An oscillating fan was provided which hardly made a difference. The window only opens 2 inches. I had to get up and have a cold Shower in the middle of the night just to cool down. Something needs doing about the temperatures in the rooms and air-conditioning should be a priority The breakfast room is tiny. There was a computer desk in there, so it must double up as an office. The Continental breakfast provided was adequate, but there are only two barstools to sit on so if more than two guests go down for breakfast at the same time they have to stand up to eat which is absolutely ridiculous. All the guests were complaining about it. A hotel of this size and standard should have better provisions for its guests. It really isn’t good enough. There is no bar or anywhere to get a drink other than at breakfast time. Therefore there is only warm bathroom tap water to drink Which is completely unacceptable. Especially with the rooms being so hot. I had a very disappointing experience staying here and will definitely not Returning. I hope the owners read this as constructive criticism.

Not a very good hotel. We arrived at 3pm and were unable to get in. There was a builder who managed to call someone and get us access codes so we could get in. We dialed the number on the front door but it kept going to voice mail. Whilst the room was clean there is no real service delivery. There is a QR code on the wall to get room service but when scanned it was closed. You can’t even buy a drink here. I phoned the service number and it was answered on the third time of calling. I was told there is only tap water. Breakfast is a joke and you couldn’t even get a coffee. Just a bunch of long life pastries in a cupboard. Just don’t bother in my opinion this place is just not very service friendly.

Very pretty hotel and the standard of finish in the rooms is very good. But……. This is not really a hotel. It has no staff no reception and no real service delivery. I called the number displayed on the front door on arrival as per the instructions and the call was not answered luckily a builder working was able to speak to some one and get us access codes so we could get in. We had arrived at 3pm. We received the email with access codes at 3:45. The rooms do not have air conditioning and it was particularly hot in ours. There is a fan you can use. There is no fridge in the room so those that need to store insulin and the like be aware. There is a QR code in the room to scan for room service however when I tried at 6pm I just got a message that said closed. There is no where in the hotel you can buy a drink and as it was hot I really fancied somthing cold. I called the number and was told the tap water is drinkable. Didn’t feel very luxury as promised by the phone hold message. They should at least put a vending machine downstairs and maybe some filtered water.

An incredible find at a great price. Town centre smart hotel. Modern room in an elaborate traditional old building. What you see on the outside is complete opposite of the inside. All modern cons including multi colour mood lighting. No staff in sight or required due to smart technology.

I stayed at The Arundell for a work trip- and it was the perfect hotel to stay at in Boston Town Centre. It's very central, and I had a lovely view of St Boltoph's church out the window. The rooms are so beautifully decorated, and have everything you could need - and the breakfast in the morning was perfect as you can just help yourself. Not to mention the owner and the staff were brilliant -could not recommend more! Looking forward to staying again.

Wow, just wow, the best budget hotel I've ever stayed in, it's absolutely spotless, perfectly situated( once found) and very nicely decorated.. the beds are comfy and rooms are good size, if there's anything to complain about it can be a little difficult to access, we arrived on market day, and had to drive thru the market area to access the carpark in front, but now we know how to get there, we will without doubt return in the near future..

Loved this hotel! You don’t need to speak to anyone!!! You get sent a code for the main door, your room and breakfast room - brilliant!! The room was big and had everything that you’d need. Parking is a pay and display in front of the hotel which is £4 for 24 hours
