The Arundell Hotel

Excellent room very modern and spacious, very clean and quite posh, right in the center of boston in a nice old stone building

The hotel itself is a good location , especially for the Boston marathon , which is why we picked it . Clean hotel great central area, car park outside £4 a day . Negative points . Hotel room was like a furnace ! Yes there is a fan but windows only open slightly The noise at night is unbelievable, cars coming and going shouting arguing. Maybe it was unlucky as our room was side on to the market square. Not great preparation for a marathon !!! Unfortunately this carried on for 3 nights Breakfast room is tiny , not that it worried us , but at least get cups that fit under the coffee machine .

Business trip one night I stayed one night, it is a fabulous building that has been modernised and revamped to a very high standard, it's is right in the centre of Boston with on site parking at £4 for 24 hours. Whilst not 'manned' the telephone was answered quickly and instructions including a map and how to gain access/breakfast etc was sent over immediately. I struggled to find it via sat nav but the link worked well. I required assistance with my case and help arrived at the agreed time - I loved the hotel, it would have been nice to have had food available but the hotel that delivers was showing as closed on the app. I ventured out but didn't feel happy about the locality and contacted the police due to some anti social behaviour in the market square. The hotel and staff were fab, shame about the lack of policing in the centre but this is a sign of the times unfortunately

Family visit in Boston Lovely modern room - bit odd not having any staff and wondered about security and not having a presence in the hotel but a lovely comfortable stay.

Brilliant hotel. Full instructions on location and how to check in. Definitely return and recommended.

Great Room - Poor services Great room but disappointed by the lack of breakfast and evening meal services. The room title booked was with a city view and i wouldnt say that looking at a brick wall is a city view.
