We were booked in for 2 nights but ended up staying 3 nights. After the 1st night the room wasn't cleaned, no fresh towels, no top up of tea/coffee, the bathroom soap dispenser was empty, the shower soap dispenser was broken, the aircon worked but the controller was damaged. We just got back in the room at 11pm on night 3, so too late for anything to be done, and again the room is untouched. We have 1 usable towel, no tea/coffee. Bed unmade. The shower curtain...smells. There was no bathmat. I can understand the room clean up being missed one day, things happen, but not two. Night 2 we were locked out of the room due to a system failure. This was resolved quickly. The aircon works though, the bed is comfortable. The carpets are new. There's parking. It feels safe.

Hotel looks quite new and the rooms were beautiful and really clean All the staff I met were really helpful & friendly, especially the guy who checked me in He gave me a hairdryer and advised of places to go to eat Had a good nights sleep and ready to face my day

had a great experience at Travelodge thanks to Patricia and Steve. They were both incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm attitude and willingness to assist made a real difference - true examples of great customer service. Thank you both!

Great location for parking and all the fast food/supermarket on the same retail park Very convenient. Location is also away from the hustle & bustle and ideally situated to visit all the touristy things.

Tom at the front desk was wonderful and very accommodating the room was lovely and i couldn't have felt more welcomed as I walked in, as someone with anxiety my stress was able to be at a minimum! The staff deserve a rasie and a commendation for their hospitality!

Great value for money ,very clean ,staff very good & welcoming .Must be good because the place was packed .No noise at night very surprising.Great touch was robot vacuum cleaner in the corridors.Only complaint was the bed was uncomfortable dipping and no support apart from that good stay would use again.

Great location close to where I was visiting, room was clean and adequate for my one night stay which was great price. Poppy on reception was friendly and could not have been more helpful, she sorted me a downstairs room straight away and helped me with the vending machine! I have stayed here before and it was lovely that she remembered me. I would recommend bringing Yr own coffee though not very nice.

All the hearing and air conditioning is broken and has been broken for 2 months we were advised this by the very rude receptionist Alisha. This hotel should not be selling rooms at £119 a night when they know it is not fit for purpose.
