Extended Studio Suites Hotel- Bossier City

Wouldn’t recommend at all The lady at the front desk was nice, that’s the only good thing I can say about this place. The room was not clean, the chair had stains, the carpet was filthy, the bathtub was nasty had scum, couldn’t bring myself to shower in there. There was fake nails in the floor, it was just nasty. The check in system and internet was down during arrival, they couldn’t pull up my reservation, good thing I had my email. They couldn’t process card deposit so it was cash only, I mentioned I’ll be leaving early the following morning and they mentioned that the inspection will only be a few minutes and I get my deposit back. The following morning there was no one at the front desk, doors locked, when I called the number posted, they said they don’t give back cash deposit until after 1030 am, good thing I was still around, I went back later that night, no one at the front desk, I tried calling the place the rest of the weekend no answer, I did manage to get my deposit the following week no issue. But save yourself the headache, spend a little more for a better place. I’d rather sleep in my car before having to go back there.

Terrible Would not recommend. Had a smell.bed was terrible. No paper products.

EWWWW Unfortunately, this place is in a decent location in town but that's all that can be said as positive. The amount mold growing in the bathroom was astounding. There were many issues in the room that had not been fixed for years it would seem. The coffee maker in the room had not been cleaned since placement. Sadly, they seem to still be operating under COVID protocols. The lobby and the "free" (non-existent) breakfast were not available. The list of negatives is more than i care to continue to list here. Just stay somewhere else.
