The hotel recommended by a friend is very good. Hilton is the best choice in the United States. It never disappoints me. I will stay at this hotel next time I have the opportunity to go to Shreveport.

This 4 night stay was one of the worst I have ever experienced. I first arrived at my room late at night. There was a large build up of dust on the nightstand, phone, light switch, lampshade, bedside etc. I immediately called and requested a note to be put in for housekeeping so that it would be dusted well the next day as no one was available immediately. The next night I arrived in my room at 10:30 pm to find that the room had not even been entered or cleaned at all. When I called I was informed for the first time that the rooms are only cleaned every other day because they do not have enough staff. So I again requested a good dusting and cleaning as my allergies were terrible from the dust. I then opened the bathroom door and a huge roach crawled out! The next morning I spoke to a manager and was told the room would be cleaned and dusted. However that night I once again came back and the dust was untouched so I ended up cleaning the room myself. I will attach pictures. This is the only time that I have chosen not to leave a tip for housekeeping. In addition but less importantly, the food in the restaurant is overly greasy- I ordered a flatbread that was sopped in oils. I could not wait to leave this place. Hilton needs to step up their game.

The Rooms could be more Cleaner.. The Front Desk Staff Can Be friendly they were not helpful at all.. I enjoyed my experience in the Restaurant The Cook/Chef Demarcus Brooks gave me Great Hospitality Experience & The Salmon Bowl Presentation was Top Tier .. I will be back for the food ..

Stay away! This hotel is a split with Homewood. Hard to understand why they did this. 1. Bathroom shower was VERY moldy and disgusting. All different colors of mold. I stood on a towel to avoid getting a fungus. 2. Lavatory sink was broken and leaked. 3. Stool didn’t flush. 4. You have to pay for breakfast. The lady serving was very rude and questioned us about how we were going to pay. $16 for a typical hotel breakfast was pretty high. 5. They have fake wood floors in room. When we walked across them barefoot the dirt was left all over our feet. I would not recommend this hotel. Surely there is anything better than this in bossier city.

I stayed here for 2 nights while working in the area. This is a very nice hotel with great amenities. I am always welcomed by staff members and the service is excellent. The room is clean and well set up. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. The bar food is very good and Victoria the bartender is excellent and a real draw. I had martini and Caesar salad. The location is convenient and parking lot was safe. I enjoyed my stay and on my frequent visits to Bossier for business this will be my hotel to stay.

Stopped by the lobby bar today to kill some time while my coworkers got off of work. TJ ate when I met Victoria. She was very down to earth and represents what a bartender should be; funny, social and hard working. It was a pleasure running into her!

Great time with Victoria, she was awesome at the bar and we had a blast. We actually stayed at the bar most of the time because it was so much fun. Food is awesome as usual. Very cold beer and they had plenty of Michelob Ultra which is not normal at most beer. Again Victoria was awesome.
