Our room was very clean and spacious. The ****** was terrific and we had a lot of fun. We ate at the Riverview and also at the snack bar, both had delicious food! I will definitely be recommending these accommodations to friends and family!

First-Time Visit – Exceeded Expectations This was my first time visiting Margaritaville in Louisiana, and I was thoroughly impressed. My husband and I were celebrating our 7th anniversary with a special staycation, and this hotel made it truly memorable. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, which immediately made a great impression. The room setting was very cozy—I felt right at home. During my stay, I discovered that the iron in the room wasn’t working, but after contacting the front desk, they promptly sent someone to replace it with a brand-new one. The staff was courteous and responsive, adding to the overall positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Margaritaville to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable staycation. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I would never stay here again. They are supposed to have valet parking, but there was none. No explanation given. Some people just parked in front of the lobby. Parking lot was across the street. There are signs for a bar on second level. There was no bar. The lobby bar never had anyone working there that we ever saw. The room is spacious, but smells of overwhelmingly strong cleaning chemicals. No service for anything.

The hotel staff was very nice, especially the housekeeping staff. However, my linens in my room were way below average. One of my face cloths was completely stained my towels had spots of staining on them as well and my sheets on the bed were ripped and the comforter had stains on it. It was not protest awful it was a just a little bit off putting.

In general, I think all ******* are about the same. I was only here for about an hour, but it was fun. We played a little slots and had a few drinks, and it was a pleasant experience. They do have a decent variety of games for a ****** this size. It's worth visiting if you are in Shreveport.

Had a very nice trip Room, ******, and service was great. Had a great experience; room was nice and clean. Gaming was enjoyable and atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend this ****** and hotel for your next adventure. I will definitely stay here on my next trip soon. My husband was throughly satisfied also

Great room that was spotless from top to bottom. The ceiling fan is a great addition. Beds and pillows are top shelf and the towels are heavy duty as well. Plenty of food and drink items to choose from and the service was really good for the most part. Slots didnt payout like we are used to but it is what it is. Front desk staff were great and the valet folks were efficient as well.
