Very friendly staff on check in, directed to the room which was a short trek across the car park, wasnt very well signposted

Leider war die Buchung eine Katastrophe, es war eine Doppelbuchung entstanden. Das Hotel war aber überhaupt nicht kulant! Nicht zu empfehlen!

Mijn vrouw en ik zijn 17 en 18 augustus met de fiets van Hoevenen tot in Bosschenhoofd gereden. Langs de buitenkant lijkt het gebouw aan een fikse opknapbeurt toe. Maar eenmaal binnen is daar niets meer van te merken! Het interieur is smaakvol gerenoveerd en ingericht. We werden op een heel vriendelijke manier onthaald. De gastenverblijven bevinden zich in een apart gebouw achter het hoofdgebouw. Eens in de kamer bleek ook deze heel netjes, ruim en gezellig te zijn. Er was zelfs een terrasje aanwezig. Ook de badkamer was net, verzorgd en groot genoeg voor twee personen. Opnieuw hier ook de vaststelling dat het er langs de buitenkant wat gedateerd uitziet maar vanbinnen is daar niets meer van te merken. Zowel het diner 's avonds als het ontbijt 's morgens waren lekker en ruimschoots voldoende. De dinerplaats bevindt zich in een voormalige kapel die smaakvol omgebouwd is. Ook de ontbijtplaats is erg "cosy", net zoals de bar trouwens. De menukaart is niet zo echt uitgebreid maar wat wij gekozen hebben, smaakte wel erg lekker. Het ontbijt biedt, zoals steeds bij deze hotelketen, meer dan voldoende. Niets overmatig maar wel keuze genoeg. Het personeel aan het onthaal, in de bar of in de beide eetruimtes is steeds heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom, wat ons betreft echt top. Danny en Brenda

Afgelopen jaren vaste klant geweest, maar sinds Fletcher het heeft overgenomen is het om te huilen. Vieze kamer 202, slechte ventilatie, geen airco of ventilator meer aanwezig, deurpost balkondeur volledig weggerot. Balkon vies en vol met troep en bladeren. Schamel ontbijt in een afgeleefd zaaltje. Fletcher heeft geen cent geïnvesteerd in het achterstallig onderhouden pand.

Teleurstellende overnachting. Bij aankomst zie je het hotel zoals op de website te zien is. Dit is echter alleen de receptie en het restaurant. De kamers bevinden zich in een apart bijgebouw wat lijkt op een vervallen bejaardentehuis. Wij verbleven in een luxe twee persoonskamer. De kamer zelf is ruim, maar niet goed schoon. Er lagen nog haren op bed. Verder is de badkamer vrij klein en had onze kamer geen airco waardoor het erg warm was. Het hotel zelf bevindt zich ook midden in een soort van woonwijk. Wij verbleven op de begane grond waarbij je direct vanaf de parkeerplaats je hotelkamer binnenkijkt en andersom. Het ontbijt is verder prima. Ik moest glutenvrij eten en dit was goed geregeld. Wij zouden niet meer teruggaan.

Wij hebben met een groep.van 27 dames 2 nachten doorgebracht in dit hotel. Prettige, ruime kamers en goede bedden. Wat getob aan de receptie want het computerprogramma werkte niet. Het inchecken verliep dan ook stroef. Gelukkig was bij het uitchecken het euvel verholpen. Erg plezierige samenwerking met het horeca team o.l.v Renzo. Matige keuken. Maar tevreden over ons verblijf!
