Lovely afternoon tea today- great value for money. Pujith and his team were very helpful and accommodating despite being spoken to extremely rudely and unnecessarily by another customer. Will recommend to friends and will be back. Thanks everyone 🙌

During our recent stay at Ibis Styles Bournemouth, we were thoroughly impressed by the overall experience, but one standout aspect was the exceptional service provided by Pujith. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to assist. His positive attitude set the tone for our visit, making us feel welcome and valued. Throughout our stay, Pujith went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He was always available to answer our questions and offer recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and even insider tips about the area. We celebrated a great friend’s special birthday with afternoon tea on the Terrace. The hotel is beautiful, and the afternoon tea was delicious. Our waiter, Pujith, was extremely helpful and made the occasion go smoothly; nothing was too much trouble.

Just make sure staff return your security deposit when you leave, as mine was not returned properly. I was told it was bank issues. After many calls to the hotel, challenging this, they realised their error and it was returned a week later. Other than that, nice hotel and good location.

The staff were friendly the breakfast was not that good and as for price I booked 2 nights for£173 which should have included breakfast but I was charged another £48 for breakfast for 2 days then I get an email saying I was a no show and am going to be charged another £71 I sorry but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone i went with my partner

Thank you for a lovely stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves it was our anniversary weekend and team made us feel very welcome. Room was really clean and had everything we needed, bed was comfortable. food was great , we will be back again soon .

We had a lovely family break at Ibis Bournemouth. Breakfast was well presented, staff very friendly from reception to housekeeping. Good value for money I would say, considering location. We needed an extra towel in the room and reception team sorted it in no time for us. Will be coming back!

Came to visit Bournemouth all the way from London and we found this hotel and it was definitely worth it ! Room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Great location and I highly recommend anyone to come and stay here. Can’t wait to come back in December.
