Reservamos um quarto para uma noite de descanso e despedida de férias. Á primeira impressão, realidade aquém das fotos apresentadas. Quarto de banho com área de banho muito degradada, com áreas de humidade e bolor, suporte de chuveiro partido, assim como o espelho e escoamento da água ineficiente. Toalhas com cheiro a mofo. Para completar a desilusão, o ar condicionado apresentava-se completamente sujo e preto no interior, atentando á nossa saúde e de outros hóspedes. Pedimos educadamente um novo quarto, tendo-nos sido respondido que teríamos que pagar mais 10€, desvalorizando os motivos e reclamação que apresentamos. Apresentou um comportamento arrogante, não facilitando a comunicação, dizendo que não compreendia (nem inglês, espanhol, português...). Perante ameaça de reclamação formal foi-nos disponibilizado outro quarto, em melhor estado, mas igualmente com limpeza a desejar. Sem dúvida, uma experiência a evitar.

Niente di eccezionale ma non male. Camera economy ha il giusto prezzo. Camera al terzo piano (scomode le scale ma nessuna possibilità di poter fare ascensore), cuscino troppo alti scomodissimi ma ho dormito senza. Buona la posizione sulla via centrale.

Ho Prenotato due notti presso questa struttura. Il primo giorno al mio arrivo mi accorgo che il materasso era in gommapiuma e privo di ogni sostegno avverto subito la proprietaria. Che mi riservo di decidere all’indomani se confermare anche la seconda notte visto che non aveva alternative. Dopo la notte passata in bianco avverto la proprietaria che vado via ma questi mi chiede in malo modo di pagargli anche la seconda notte e per giunta in contanti. Pago alla fine il 50% anche per la seconda notte non esufruita. Sconsiglio questa struttura per la scomodità del letto, la mancanza dell’ascensore e per la sgarbatezza della proprietaria.

Il Madalen si trova in pieno centro storico a Bosa, quindi per trovare parcheggio bisogna girare un bel pò; stanze grandi e comode, dotate di tutti i confort; un ascensore non guasterebbe; proprietarie gentili, cortesi e simpatiche…. P.S. L’ASINO E' STATO BATTEZZATO!!! Straconsigliato. In una futura visita torneremo sicuramente

Dopo una serata di festa di matrimonio, io e mio marito abbiamo deciso di passare la notte in questo b&b, considerando che avremo dovuto fare il viaggio per rientrare al nostro paese , e avendo un bambino piccolo volevamo stare più tranquilli. Esperienza da dimenticare , in quanto noi abbiamo pagato anticipatamente, senza vedere prima la camera , e le condizioni del b&b. abbiamo fatto 4 rampe di scale , con un bambino piccolo addormentato come sarebbe stato possibile ?? Non era compresa neanche la colazione ... E per giunta non era proprio accessibile , in macchina non ci si poteva arrivare ... .se potessi votare 0 stelle lo farei .. per la "non comodità" del posto ..ma soprattutto per la poca professionalità e il poco buon senso della padrona del b&b che ,dopo aver annullato la prenotazione per un imprevisto , anticipatamente pagata senza aver usufruito del servizio ,non ci ha voluto restituire i soldi . Non lo trovo corretto . Quindi non consiglio assolutamente questo posto .. e voto 0 .
