Hôtel à fuir , beaucoup trop onéreux au vue des prestations . Salle de bain sale (poils dans l'évier et dans la cabine de douche ) et vétuste. Cabine de douche qui fuit et qui nous lâche en plein séjour. Du coup impossible de prendre une douche ... Prise électrique à nu a coté du point d'eau... L'art de prendre les clients pour des pigeons... J'aurai du lire les autres avis avant de réserver..

UN SEJOUR DE REVE
Un trés bon séjour avec un service exceptionnel. L'accueil fut extraordinaire. Une gentillesse au service du client. Le restaurant, les petits déjeuners sont exceptionnels.
Le SPA est très relaxant. La situation de l'hôtel est très appréciable.
Mais surtout la dame qui accueil et gère les clients est exceptionnelle. D'une gentillesse et dynamisme sans pareil.

Séjour à Bort les Orgues
L'hôtel est bien situé, proche du Centre ville, où nous avons pu effectuer une promenade à pieds.
Personnel très agréable et efficace.
Notre chambre (petite mais confortable) était malheureusement située sur une rue passante.

Not impressed, don't expect too much
We didn't expect too much.
We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered.
We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available.
The room smelled a bit of cigarettes and had to be aired out. The layout was complicated with steps right after the door and a seperate toilet which as so small that we barely fit and had problems closing the door, because our legs were too long.
The breakfast was ok but some things had run low or out and while we were eating it was not refilled and other used tables had not been cleared
