Great spa facilities however unfortunately the hot tubs which aren’t meant to have any children under 12 in were over run with badly behaved children which their parents or the lifeguards did nothing about. Great location, able to ski in and ski out. Room was spacious and clean. However it’s a very noisy hotel - we were on the 5th floor and it was noisy throughout we even asked for ear plugs from reception it was that bad. The reception staff were unbelievably rude, I’ve never known attitude like it! Also the lobby bar staff weren’t particularly welcoming or friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and was fresh however the evening buffet was so so so bad, the worst food we’ve ever eaten - wouldn’t even give it a 1/10.
