Der Empfang war so unfreundlich wie noch nie erlebt. Bundeswehrstyle. "Frühstück gibts nicht. Wochenende." Obwohl gerade das Frühstück auch am Wochenende so angepriesen wird. Geld wollte man direkt im Voraus nicht wie beschrieben beim auschecken. "Rechnung kann die Kollegin morgen machen". Der Parkplatz ist mit einem Auto in der Einfahrt versperrt. Zimlich heruntergekommen.

Lage Plus, Personal Minus. Einchecken per Schlüsselsafe, ja wenn denn in dem Safe ein Schlüssel wäre mit meinem Namen wie per mail vom Hotel angekündigt. Lapidare Antwort nach einem Anruf von mir: "Dann nehmen sie eben den Schlüssel mit einem anderen Namen". Hallo???? Wo bleibt in diesem Hotel die Sicherheit des Gastes? Im Zimmer Licht am Bett Fehlanzeige, Nachttischlampe defekt. Wieder Anruf, diesmal der genervte Hinweis man könne mir ein paar andere Hotels in der Umgebung empfehlen. Aha, so geht das also, Nachts um kurz vor 24 Uhr nennt man das im Rheinland auf gut Deutsch: "Gast, verpiss dich". Kurzer Talk am frühen Morgen an der Rezeption, möchten sie frühstücken? Ja möchte ich doch sehr gerne. Junge Dame an der Rezeption dann, das kostet 8,- €. Mein dezenter Hinweis dass das Frühstück im Preis enthalten ist wurde abgeschmettert dass das nicht stimme. Hallo? Ein Gast der lügt? Zitat auf der booking Buchungsseite: ......Freuen Sie sich auf ein herzhaftes Frühstücksbuffet, das im Preis enthalten ist. Am Abend können Sie bei einem Getränk in der Bar entspannen. Dem habe ich nichts mehr hinzu zu fügen. Fazit, GAST kann man sein, muss man aber nicht sein.
