Het hotel ligt op een prima bereikbare plaats. Er zijn echter maar 4 parkeerplaatsen voor gasten.
Tijdens mijn verblijf was de buitentemperatuur ca. 30 graden. Wegens het ontbreken van airco was de kamer dag en nacht bloedheet.
Op de dag dat ik om uiterlijk 11.00 uur moest uitchecken werd ik om 08.30 gewekt door schilders die mijn raam aan het open wrikken waren. Op mijn vraag wat er gebeurde, was het antwoord: schilderen. Even later werd op mijn deur geklopt door een dame die in gebrekkig Nederlands zei "raam open".
Op de laatste ochtend wilde ik koffie drinken op het terras. Hoewel een personeelslid aan het werk was op het terras en hoewel eerder genoemde dame mij zag zitten, duurde het een half uur voor ik koffie kon bestellen. Een slechte klantvriendelijkheid.
Om meerdere redenen kan ik dit hotel niet aanraden.

Viel Luft nach oben - Vorteil zentral gelegen
Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage, hat keinen Aufzug, obwohl Komfortzimmer gebucht waren - 1 Zimmer im Dachgeschoss - nur über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar, sehr heiss -sodass getauscht werden musste in eine schlechtere Kategorie (keinerlei Kompensation) - allerdings war der Besitzer sehr bemüht - Angestellte hatten teilweise Probleme sich in English zu verständigen- Frühstück glücklicherweise nur für den 1. Tag gebucht- denn das war eher spartanisch und sehr einfach gehalten (obwohl 15€/Pers verlangt wurde), wir waren mit 8 Personen dort und das Buffet war fast leer, und wurde nur auf Nachfrage und längerer Wartezeit etwas aufgefüllt, Am Frühstücksbuffett gab es Filterkaffee der einfach mit Wasser und einem extra Kaffeelöffel auf den alten Kaffeesatz aufgebrüht wurde, aber gegen extra Bezahlung gab es dann guten Kaffee (3€- am nächsten Tag), zur Abkühlung waren in den Zimmern Ventilatoren aufgestellt, in unserem Bad, war Ablauf defekt, Toilettenspülingsabdeckung fehlte teilweise, Vorhang kaputt, 4 Badezimmerfliesen kaputt, Mülleimer wurden beim Aufräumen nicht geleert ... also alles in allem -kein 4 Sterne Niveau

Personalien war freundlich. Aber im Zimmer war so warm meine Kinder und ich könnten wir nicht schlafen . Vor Ort mussten wir noch mal eine Zimmer extra mitten. Haben auch obwohl wir mit Frühstück gebucht haben müssten wir extra 60 oder so für Frühstück bezahlen. Der Reine katastrophal

The accommodation was clean and in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast and service were also fine. A lot of noise from the main road and the railway crossing.
