Conveniently located in the satellite city of Seville. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are very new. There is a supermarket and shopping mall downstairs. Friendly service, underground parking is 3 euros per night

O problema é que o hotel não tem estrutura para receber excursões de ônibus. Na hora do café da manhã simplesmente não há elevadores disponíveis para todos os hóspedes. É um caos. Tivemos que descer as escadas tanto para o café como para sair do hotel, cansados de esperar por um elevador. Também o cofre não funcionava e a atendente falou que não havia pessoal disponível para a manutenção quando chegamos, mas que resolveria o problema na primeira hora do dia seguinte. Não enviou ninguém. No resto o hotel é bom, embora seja difícil classificá-lo como 4 estrelas.

The worst hotel we stayed in while traveling Spain. This is a high rise hotel with two elevators that operated poorly, you would need to be ready a full 15 minutes early to make to the lobby. There was zero decoration on any of the floors, our room was stark, the lobby looked bare and awful with two non working vending machines. If you stood and waited on the elevator the hall would go dark within 60 seconds, and the stairwells looked like they came from a parking garage. Breakfast was the worst breakfast buffet we had on our entire 18 day trip. I really have no good things to report about this hotel.

Ubicado bastante lejos del centro histórico. Torre alta , moderna pero la sorpresa es que sus ascensores funcionan bastante mal. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, con ventanales. Es de destacar la buena calidad del jabón liquido y la crema pero no hay mas amenities ni siquiera shampo. El desayuno es poco variado, la ensalada de fruta no es de fruta fresca, la atención de las camareras es excelente pero dan a basto para reponer los productos

In general, everything is very correct with small exceptions. The reception staff's treatment has been very efficient and pleasant. It could be improved with more lighting in the bathroom. The breakfast that is advertised as very good, in my opinion, would only be acceptable.

This was a great hotel. Clean and tidy with a basic correct breakfast not much else you can really ask for. The only let down was the last day with lift issues. But this is what happens when they work with mundiplan o mundosenior. Staff where always very pleasant. Use your bank card for the metro much cheaper
