Ho alloggiato all’hotel capitani con le mie figlie dal 2 al 6 gennaio.La titolare è sgarbata,la colazione pessima,i dipendenti poco seri,la struttura vecchia e sporca.Io non sono una difficile ma sconsiglierei vivamente a chiunque questa esperienza

Un po’ spaventati da alcune precedenti recensioni, il mio soggiorno al contrario è stato molto soddisfacente. Camere calde e acqua calda, semplice arredamento ma sala colazioni adeguata e in stile montano. Colazione sufficientemente varia per il nostro periodo di 4 gg. Cena all’hotel derby forse unico neo ma comunque si è trattato di una breve camminata di 8 min per coprire la distanza. Personale cortese e disponibile, Daniele ci ha dato ottime indicazioni per gli acquisti culinari in paese. Ottimo per chiunque che NON cerchi il lusso ed un buon rapporto qualità - prezzo.

Grazie a tutti i ragazzi dell’hotel Capitani. Grazie al magnifico chef Andrea che ci ha deliziato con i suoi magnifici manicaretti, grazie a Daniele, il super mette sempre attento alle esigenze di tutto il gruppo di 25 persone. Grazie a Giacomo per la professionalità e la dolcezza. Ragazzi siete magnifici e noi siamo stati benissimo ❤️

Entri in questo albergo nella zona bar chiedendo una birra alla spina ,ti rispondono che non hanno la spina e ti propongono due marche di birra ,ne scegli una che ti portano al tavolo con una vaschetta triste di patatine,quando vai alla cassa per pagare ti chiedono euro 10 senza scontrino fiscale, chiami la responsabile che si giustifica con affermazioni assurde senza senso anche in maniera maleducata, chiedi lo scontrino che ti danno con la dicitura '' camere euro 10 '' sarà mia premura domani recarmi alla G.d.F. di Sondrio spiegando l'accaduto e mostrando il documento commerciale, poiché sono in vacanza ho il tempo da perdere e gliene farò passare delle belle a questi personaggi che credono che il mondo sia pieno di stupidi e se non sarò ascoltato a Sondrio andrò oltre ma di certo non la passeranno liscia questi pseudofurbetti ,facendo un piccolo controllo anche sul personale e sulla responsabile.

Albergo tipico di montagna a due passi dal centro, gestito da una delle famiglie piu “illustre” di Bormio. L’hotel ha un’atmosfera molto familiare che ti permette di sentirti come a casa. Andrebbe un pochino rimodernato e forse con la cucina si potrebbe fare di meglio

Il personale molto gentile, disponibile e simpatico ma la manutenzione lascia molto perplessi. Ho rischiato di rimanere in ascensore, perché malfunzionante e vecchia, bisognerebbe imbiancare ( i muri sono proprio sporchi nelle camere) le tende ormai datate sembrano sporche ed anche la moquette ha vari buchi. I proprietari dovrebbero investire in ristrutturazione e manutenzione. Prezzo eccessivo.

La struttura è datata e si potrebbe rifare, ma fortunatamente la cucina è ottima, Andrea lo chef fa ottimi piatti ed è molto gentile e disponibile, occhio di riguardo anche per persone con intolleranze. Anche il cameriere Max è molto simpatico!!
