Abbiamo appena terminato un soggiorno a dir poco perfetto in questo splendido albergo a Bormio. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza rara e una disponibilità che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. L’hotel è fornito di ogni servizio immaginabile: camere confortevoli, pulitissime e curate nei minimi dettagli, aree comuni accoglienti, e spazi ben organizzati che rispondono a ogni tipo di esigenza. Un punto davvero forte è la cucina: ogni pasto è stato una scoperta di sapori locali e piatti preparati con grande attenzione e qualità. Si percepisce la passione e la professionalità di chi lavora dietro le quinte. Il personale è sempre sorridente, attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con discrezione e cortesia. È davvero raro trovare un servizio così completo e caloroso allo stesso tempo. Per noi questo albergo è diventato un nuovo punto di riferimento a Bormio. Non solo ci torneremo con piacere, ma lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica, rilassante e di alto livello in Valtellina.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile alla reception , camera spaziosa e molto pulita ma da rimodernare. Rivedrei anche la Spa , troppo piccola per essere utilizzata contemporaneamente con gli altri ospiti della struttura. Anche il titolare si è dimostrato molto premuroso nei nostri confronti.

Ci siamo trovati bene in questo Hotel in posizione strategica all'inizio della zona pedonale di Bormio. Abbiamo trovato una buona colazione, un servizio efficiente, una spa piccola ma adatta alle nostre esigenze. Camera spaziosa con un terrazzo enorme. Pulizia impeccabile. Non do 5 stelle per gli arredi molto datati.
