Abbiamo voluto provare questo splendido Hotel in Bormio , davvero in centro città e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla funivia che porta alle piste. L hotel è bello e molto confortevole, la nostra camera , lo Chalet Milly è arredata con grande gusto e ampia . Letto matrimoniale grande e molto confortevole. Addirittura un tappetino , una cuccetta e una ciotola per il nostro cucciolone, tutto con una pulizia perfetta, che si è mantenuta al massimo livello per tutta la durata de nostro soggiorno.In Reception abbiamo trovato sempre massima cordialità e professionalità. Il Ristorante dell Hotel si esprime a un ottimo livello , menù vario e sempre invitante , un grande buffet di verdure e formaggi a cena e di lieviti e altre prelibatezze al mattino , proposte serali ottime nel menu a scelta e proposte di pesce sempre freschissimo .Il tutto sotto la supervisione dell ottimo Maitre , davvero competente e soprattutto molto professionale, un vero punto di forza in questa struttura. Carta dei vini stratosferica con risalto delle eccellenze locali . E stato un soggiorno di gran classe e rilassante. Torneremo sicuramente molto volentieri.

Posizione ottima sia per il centro storico che per gli spostamenti ( Livigno, Tirano). Camera pulita adatta per chi ha un cagnolino. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Colazione favolosa: oltre al ricchissimo buffet dalla carta c’ è un ampia scelta tutto compreso nel prezzo della colazione. Hotel ben addobbato per passare le feste di Natale.Ritorneremo sicuramente se capita l’occasione.

Ottimo hotel 4stelle in centro a Bormio. La camera rivestita in legno era abbastanza spaziosa con un delizioso balcone che si affacciava su stradine del centro. Pulizia impeccabile e letto comodo. Abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante dell'Hotel ed è stata una cena top, piatti buoni e abbondanti accompagnati da un ottimo calice di vino rosso. Colazione ricca e varia con alcuni piatti cucinati al momento fuori lista ma compresi nel pacchetto. Inoltre abbiamo usufruito della spa al piano sotterraneo, su prenotazione, per due ore di pieno relax e pace. Il prezzo è congruo con i servizi dell'Hotel.

Frequento molti hotel per lavoro e il Sal Lorenzo è riuscito a stupirmi. Meraviglioso. Reception efficiente e veramente da 5 stelle lusso. La signora Marcella una fuoriclasse del settore alberghiero. Ristorante da sogno. Pulizia, eleganza, cura nei dettagli che nella mia vita ho trovato poche volte. In famiglia, per lavoro, con i bimbi, senza, in coppia, non sbagliate. Entrate e siete a casa, accolti con amore. Solo in Val Gardena al Pralong (stesso stile) ho trovato una simile professionalità. Grazie per non farci sentire dei numeri.
