Soluzione più che buona (non economica)
Camera (doppia standard)piccolina ma tutto sommato ok. Sproporzione esagerata con il bagno enorme anche se cieco e con soffitto basso. Per il resto tutto ottimo a partire dal ristorante. Anche la piscina molto bella.
Personale gentile e cortese.
Diciamo che se penso al prezzo pagato mi aspettavo qlcs in più dalla camera

Struttura super pulita, S.p.A. Ottima, piscina riscaldata interna sempre perfetta, staff cordiale preciso educato. Abbiamo fatto una settimana in mezza pensione, trovando una colazione super abbondante. La sera a cena i menù erano sempre molto vari e curati. Cibo di ottima qualità .

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel un weekend e devo dire che ci siamo trovati davvero bene… La colazione era fantastica e variegata, le camere pulite forse un po’ troppo calde, tutti i servizi ottimi compreso navetta , spa e piscina. Personale gentile e disponibile.. tornerò sicuramente!

Been visiting Palace hotel for over 10 years now, breakfast still amazing with so many options, restaurant (dinner) always a surprise with very good food quality. Bar offering a nice atmosphere and Bruno doing our drinks to perfection. As always Ivana and Daniela very helpful on setting the ski pass and our visits to the thermas. Short walk to the ski lift or if you prefer they offer a transfer to and from the ski lift. Nice pool and gym/Spa area. Short distance to the city center.

l'hotel (4s L) si presenta con una grande hall, alquanto "fredda"- camera "classic" dal costo esagerato (euro 500) anche rispetto al metraggio (direi 10mq scarsi) e senza balcone, priva di accessori essenziali come il bollitore - seconda scheda in 2 da chiedere con insistenza (evidentemente grande optional) - in sala colazione, un cameriere alla richiesta di un caffe' a tutta prima mi mandava alla macchinetta self servire non consiglio

Ho alloggiato al Palace con mio marito e mia figlia x il Natale. Abbiamo scelto una junior suite e ci è stata data una camera su due livelli con zona salottino e camere al piano di sopra. La camera non era male ma non era bella come alcune viste sul sito. Il bagno carino ma con alcune pecche: non c’era il porta rotolo della carta igienica, non c’era una saponetta da utilizzare per il bidet. Teli bagno in abbondanza, ciabatte e accappatoi ok. Il problema maggiore è stato il caldo eccessivo che abbiamo patito, dovevamo continuare ad aprire a battente la finestra per rinfrescare. L’hotel presenta molti mobili decisamente datati, vedi i divani dell’area bar, che gli danno un’aria vecchia. Nel complesso ho apprezzato la aualità del cibo servito al ristorante e la gentilezza del personale. Una nota di merito al barman, Bruno, uomo di una gentilezza e una empatia estreme. Davvero una persona Speciale. Carina la Spa, enorme la piscina, mai vista una così grande in un hotel.
