Ganz tolles Hotel. Saubere schöne Zimmer, sehr zentrale Lage. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. So einen guten Service habe ich in noch keinem Hotel erleben dürfen. Das Hotel ist definitiv mein Favorit für Borkum. Das frühstück sehr liebevoll zubereitet. Grosse Auswahl am Buffett.

Selten habe ich in einem Hotel soviel Aufmerksamkeit vom Personal erfahren. Das Serviceteam beim hervorragenden Frühstücksbüffet las einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Kaffee, Saft und Tee wurden am Tisch serviert und bei Bedarf kam ohne große Aufforderung die zweite oder auch dritte Tasse. Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption und auch beim Zimmerservice war allererste Liga. Unser Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet was man in einem Urlaub benötigt. Fön, Pflegeartikel, Flachbild-TV, Safe, Kaffeekocher, Kühlschrank, Tablet usw. Das WLAN war schnell und sicher (mit Passwort). Das Zimmer war immer in einem tadellosen Zustand, die frischen Handtücher wurden liebevoll drapiert. (Ein großes Lob an das hervorragende Housekeeping). Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Meter vom Inselbahnhof entfernt und die Bismarckstraße mit ihren Restaurants und Cafés ist quasi um die Ecke gelegen. Fazit: WIR KOMMEN WIEDER 👌

Vom ersten Moment an fühlte ich mich willkommen in diesem sehr gepflegten kleinen Haus. Individuell ging es weiter im freundlich eingerichteten Zimmer mit zusätzlichen Kissen auf Wunsch, mit Wasserkocher und kleiner Auswahl an Tee und Kaffee. Dazu ein zwar fensterloses aber neu und modern ausgestattetes Bad. Da das Zimmer nach hinten heraus gerichtet war, konnte man in einem sehr ruhigen Haus trotz Kleinbahnbetrieb ab 7 Uhr gut auch mal länger schlafen. Ausgesprochen gemütlich war das ausgiebige Frühstück. Auch hier: persönliche Ansprache und Beachtung von Wünschen. Top: Die Selbstversorgung und Essen im Zimmer sind ausdrücklich erlaubt. Dazu gibts ne Gemeinschaftsküche für die Gäste. Fazit: elegant und dazu ganz normal.

Wir haben uns wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Super netter Service. Frühstücksbuffet nicht zu üppig aber reichlich. Alles unkompliziert, z. B, SB - Bar, die auf Vertrauen abgerechnet wird (Getränke entnehmen und Zettel schreiben) . Ideal für Paare oder Alleinreisende.
