Prenotato qualche settimana prima tramite mail dal loro sito. Gruppetto di 7 motociclisti accolti subito positivamente con possibilità di lasciare le moto al coperto. Ci poi invitato ad utilizzare la piscina e prendere un paio di birre. Pernottamento tranquillo e silenzioso, colazione tipica MOLTO molto buona! Ci torneremo sicuramente !

Sehr schönes Agriturismo mit familiärer Atmosphäre
Wir wollten bewusst ein Agriturismo was ein bisschen ländlich gelegen ist, aber nahe der Autobahn, da wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind. Das Haus ist sehr schön renoviert, es ist sehr ruhig und die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Die Gastgeberin spricht sehr gut englisch. Es herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Wir haben dort auch zu Abend gegessen, was auch lecker war. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und bietet eine super Auswahl. Der Pool ist top, auch wenn wir ihn nicht ausprobieren konnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Breve sosta in Toscana
Posto gradevole immerso nella natura, silenzioso e tranquillo .. a parte il condizionatore che era rumorosissimo e ha rovinato la quiete del luogo e reso meno piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Piscina pulita, colazione ok, stanza grande e confortevole. Suggerirei di cambiare il condizionatore che era davvero rumorosissimo se portato ad una temperatura inferiore ai 27 gradi … e di provvedere ad un filo fuori dalla finestra per appendere i costumi bagnati ..

We had a wonderful week's stay at this beautiful property. Matteo and Guillia are the loveliest, kindest people you could ever meet. We had a problem with our vehicle and Matteo went above and beyond to help us sort it out. We can't thank him enough! La Topaia is fabulous. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Guillia prepared a great breakfast every day with amazing fresh, local produce and home baked bread, pastries and cakes. Freshly cooked eggs to order, even when we needed a very early breakfast. The surroundings are stunning and the pool and other outside areas are perfect for relaxing with a drink and taking in the lovely, peaceful scenery. We will definitely return. Gracie mille!

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 8 al 10 Agosto assieme al nostro Golden Retriever, l'agriturimo è immerso nel silenzio della campagna che regala pace e serenità, ma a soli 3 km si trova Borgo San Lorenzo dove puoi trovare ristoranti e pizzerie e fare due passi. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa ed accogliente, mancava solo la cassaforte che può sempre far comodo. Molto apprezzato il fatto che in bagno al posto di quei phon praticamente inutili ce ne fosse uno come quelli che si utilizzano a casa. Anche se noi non abbiamo utilizzato il servizio bisogna dire che la piscina con la sua zona relax è molto bella. Colazione ottima con torte e marmellate fatte in casa, buona anche la parte del salato con affettati di qualità accompagnati da pane croccante e caldo. Consigliato

Villa trecentesca stupenda…uno di quei luoghi, dove sembra che il tempo si sia fermato! Splendido soggiorno, grazie a Matteo e Giulia. Camera pulita, ambienti in comune curati, colazione pranzo e cena home made, zona relax (piscina) top…nessuna nota negativa. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Tornando dall’isola d’Elba ( meraviglia delle meraviglie) abbiamo pensato di fare una tappa in questo agriturismo con l’intenzione di fermarci solo una notte! Non si può!!!! Troppo rilassante! Merita essere vissuto per la gentilezza e l’ospitalità dei gestori e per la bellezza di questa campagna!!! Grazie le nostre vacanze con voi si concludono in bellezza!!!

What an amazing stay at La Topaia. We were visiting our son in Bolzano and wanted to see some typical tourist spots in Italy as a first timer. After sitting in horrible traffic on the way down from Bologna we were so happy we chose Fattoria La Topaia to stay at. It is serene, out of the way but close to a hip, busy town of San Lorenzo. Julia gave us great advice for dinner which is only 5 minutes from the hotel. Then gave us more advice on how to easily explore Florence on the train, again only 5 minutes from the hotel. The room was comfortable and large and the bathroom was spa like. Breakfast was amazing and I had to take the pear/lemon jam back to the US. If I lived in Italy this would be a regular spot to stay over the summer. We stayed in room #1 Thank you Julia and Matteo!
